WTM? MEME CLUBTerms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Elermond Studio S.R.L. (“we”, “us”) for using the WTM? – Meme Club app and this website (“the service”). By using the service you accept them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies and these terms add to it; Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment. Don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape or modify the app, or use bots, cheats or exploits.
3. Meme content
The meme images in the game are widely shared internet culture used for parody and commentary. We don’t claim ownership of them, and all rights stay with their owners. The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other game, publisher, studio, brand or person. Rights holders and people pictured can have content removed through our Content & Copyright Policy; we may remove or replace any card at any time.
4. Your content and behaviour
You keep ownership of what you create (custom situations, captions, doodles, display names). You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and transmit it to other players, only to run the service. You must not create, share or play content that:
- is hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory, or targets a real private person;
- is sexual, sexualises minors, or is excessively violent;
- infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- contains personal data of others, spam, advertising or links;
- is illegal or encourages illegal activity.
We filter offensive words automatically and may review, remove or refuse any content, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. Report problems to neogenius24@gmail.com; see the Content & Copyright Policy for how we handle reports and appeals.
5. Virtual items
Coins, unlocked cards and other in-game items have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and are a licence to use them in the game, not property. We may change or rebalance them.
6. Ads
The service is free and supported by ads, including optional rewarded ads. Ad availability isn’t guaranteed. Ads are shown according to our Privacy Policy and your choices.
7. Accounts and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, and we will try to give notice where reasonable.
8. Changes to the service
We keep improving the game and may add, change or remove features, modes or content. If we change these terms materially, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free app, may be zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Elermond Studio S.R.L. is established, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. EU consumers can also use the courts of their home country.
